Construction of an agricultural pool with the lowest cost

In recent years and in the fields of industry and agriculture, water storage in large dimensions has always been one of the main concerns. The problem of lack of water as well as the increasing temperature of the air, which causes a significant amount of water to be wasted, has caused the artisans to look for an effective way to maintain and store water in their areas of need. One of these methods is the use of a polymer pool. The special features of these pools have led to a significant increase in their use today

Polymer pool is a superior alternative to traditional methods

The time spent to build a geomembrane pool is much less than concrete pools, so that if it takes 20 days to build a concrete pool, the same pool can be built in 2 days using geomembrane insulation
Estimates show gives that the cost spent on geomembrane pools is 40% of concrete, stone or brick pools Sunlight and freezing
Geomembrane insulated pools last 25 to 30 years
No restrictions on dimensions
High flexibility
No need for bedding
Easy to repair in case of damage
Possibility of moving the pool
Possibility of enlarging the pool after construction

Swimming pool design:

According to the type of soil and land limitations, the swimming pool is designed with the appropriate length, width, depth and slope. The types of swimming pools are as follows. It is:

Construction of in-ground pools
Construction of pools on the ground
Construction of combined pools

Excavation:

At this stage, according to the design, earth removal will be done with suitable equipment.

Slope suitable for earth removal Generally, it is 1 to 1 or 45 degrees, but by changing the type of soil, it is also possible to choose other slopes. If the slope increases too much, a thicker sheet is used.

Leveling and soil removal:

After soil removal, the pool bed will be compacted to about 90%, the movement of the soil removal machine helps a lot in soil compaction. .

The floor and walls must be free of any stones and sharp objects, therefore, they will be removed, or straw, or lime slag, or a textile layer with a suitable volume density will be used. so that there is no possibility of damaging sharp objects on the geomembrane sheet.

Trench digging:

In order to contain the sheet, a channel is dug parallel to the pool at a distance of about 50-70 cm and a depth of 60 cm.

As the depth of the pool is greater, the dimensions of the holed channel will increase due to the stability of the sheet inside it.

Implementation of geotextile:

If there is a need to use geotextile, it will be implemented at this stage.

If the pool bed has If there are no stones and sharp objects, there is no need to use geotextile.

In some materials, instead of geotextile, a layer of straw or lime is used.

Implementation of the geomembrane sheet:

First, the geomembrane rolls will be arranged next to the pool, then they will be spread and cut, then the welding operation will be done with the machine. It is done automatically.

The way the device works is in such a way that it creates two welding lines in each welding step to ensure complete welding process in the corners or at the junction of (input and output pipes) They should be made of polyethylene so that they can be connected to the geomembrane sheet (manual welding with an extruder and a hot air dryer will be used).

Containment of the sheet in the trench:

Place the edges of the sheet in the trench and bury it with soil and other materials.

Pool dewatering:

All structures that are built to store water must be dewatered in several stages. In polymer pools, water extraction is done in several steps (2 or 3 steps).
